Shipping policy

We deliver packaging and hospitality supplies from our Epping warehouse. Delivery availability and timing depend on your location, the products ordered and stock availability.

Melbourne metro delivery

Eligible orders of $150 excluding GST or more qualify for free delivery within our Melbourne metro service area. Contact us to check coverage and any delivery charges for your order.

When to place your order

Please order by 12 pm on the business day before your scheduled delivery. Delivery days vary by suburb. Next-day delivery is available only when stock is available and your address falls on the next scheduled run.

Regional, bulky and urgent orders

Contact us for delivery availability, a freight quote and estimated timing. We will confirm any additional charges before proceeding. Regional deliveries may use a third-party carrier.

Stock and delivery updates

Dispatch begins once payment or approved account arrangements are in place. We will advise you of known delays or backorders and discuss available options. We will not substitute products without your agreement. Public holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery estimates.

Receiving your delivery

Provide your business name, delivery address, contact number, receiving hours and access instructions. Let us know before dispatch if you need a call before arrival. Unattended delivery requires your permission. If redelivery is needed, we will explain any applicable charge first.

Warehouse collection

Call ahead to confirm stock and arrange collection. Please wait until we confirm that your order is ready before visiting.
