These terms apply to purchases from Stellar Packaging and use of this online store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders and product information

Please check product codes, dimensions, carton or pack quantities, lid compatibility and intended use before ordering. Images illustrate the product; colours may vary between screens. Contact us if a specification is unclear. Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact details and keep account credentials secure.

Order processing depends on stock availability and payment or approved account terms. If an item is unavailable or we identify a material listing error, we will contact you to agree on a correction, alternative or cancellation and refund of any affected amount paid. We will not substitute products without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Refer to the product listing and checkout or written quote for GST, quantities, freight and the total payable. Any applicable payment surcharge must be disclosed before payment. Approved trade accounts follow their agreed written payment terms. Other orders require payment as arranged before dispatch.

Pay using the methods offered at checkout or arranged with our team. Available cards and digital wallets can vary by device, location and payment setup. Do not send full card details or security codes by email. For EFT payments, use the bank details on your invoice, include your invoice number or business name as the reference and send remittance advice.

Delivery and collection

Delivery coverage, cut-off times and arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy. Please confirm your receiving hours and access details. Delivery estimates may change; contact us if you need an order for a specific date. Collection requires confirmation that goods are ready.

Custom printing and special orders

Custom orders follow the written quotation and approved artwork. Review spelling, colours, sizes, quantities and placement before approving production. You must have permission to use artwork you supply. Minimum quantities, deposits, setup charges, lead times, storage arrangements and production tolerances apply only as set out in your accepted quote.

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Once custom production or special procurement begins, changes may not be possible. We will explain any reasonable costs already incurred before agreeing on a cancellation. This does not affect remedies for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Refund Policy explains how to request assistance. Where Australian Consumer Law applies, goods carry consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to remedies required by law, including a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Other failures may be remedied by repair or replacement within a reasonable time. These terms do not remove or restrict those rights.

Website use

Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, misuse customer information or reproduce material without permission where permission is required. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Questions and updates

Contact us first if an issue arises so we can work with you to resolve it. Updates apply to future use and purchases and do not retrospectively change an accepted order. Applicable Australian law continues to apply.
